5 mixed gender, from 23 to 35 years old, mixed, outside smokers only
This is a large recently renovated twin attic bedroom. The room has one tall wardrobe, 2 dressers and 2 bedside lockers and lamps & a 2 seater couch/sofa bed. There is a large landing area outside the room with a desk and chairs. 2 sets of bedlinen & towels provided as well as 2 laundry baskets.
€650 per calender month per person includes bills and wifi as well as breakfast and dinner. An area is available for you to store your snacks and lunch foods in the kitchen. Currently our lodgers cook dinner once or twice a week foods mostly provided by us.
There is a shared main bathroom with a power shower and bath. There are 2 patio areas out the back. We are a non smoking household but allow smoking outside. The living room has 50 inch smart TV which is mainly only used during the day so available for use in the evenings. There is ample room for a TV in the bedroom but we cannot supply one. Access to 8kg washing machine, washing line and tumble dryer in winter.
○5-7 minutes walk to bus stop to city centre.
○8-10 minutes walk to bus stop towards university college Ireland, Maynooth Campus.
○2 minutes walk to nearest park.
○15 minute walk to large park with playgrounds,sports centre, dog park and skate board park.
○20 minute walk to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.
○10-15 minute walk down to Lucan Village.
Grangecastle Business Park is a short drive/cycle away.
Leixlip with Intel and Hewlett Packard being just a short drive or bus journey away.
There is a bus nearby that goes to Celbridge and Maynooth also.
We are on good bus routes to Maynooth Universtity and city centre colleges.
There are plenty of hotels, Golf Courses, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.
We have several local parks in walking distance as well as the River Liffey.
Adamstown train station is the closest train station with only 3 or 4 stops to city centre. You can reach it by 25b bus or cycling or by car.
This is a family home with 3 children ages 2-10 years old, the house is in a cul de sac in a mature residential sought after estate. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen diner, conservatory and garden. The house is alarmed and has smoke detectors connected into the house alarm. There is a locked shed for storing bikes. We have traditionally rented this room to students from around the world for just over 10 years now.
We have 2 dogs who sleep indoors at night but do not roam free in the house.
