Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, I have a room available in the apartment I'm renting. It's ideally situated directly beside Salthill station, 15 mins from the city centre and a 5 minute walk to Dun Laoghaire . The apartment is clean and modern and the bedroom has a fantastic view over Dublin bay (very nice to wake up to in the mornings). It's perfect for someone who enjoys the sea as you can hop in for an evening dip after a 2 minute walk. The apartment block is fenced off and car parking is available. I'm a very laid back, sociable and active guy. I work freelance in adventure sports and am often working weekends and in the gym in the evenings so you'll have a bit of space to yourself. I'm looking for a friendly nice new flatmate please! I'm hoping to travel in 6 months but I foresee no issue in extending the lease beyond that time if you wanted to. If you plan on staying short term, for 2-3 months lets say, we can have a chat about that. This is an excellent price for the area by the way.
