Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a 29 year old female professional who is emmigrating to Ireland for a year from New Zealand. I have been living in Scotland for the last 18months and preferrably would like a double room sharing with easy going down to earth types. Male or female straight or gay - I'm not bothered. Ideally I just want a friendly environment to call home. Im tidy but not pedantic, friendly but not needy and more than anything Im looking for a room thats not too expensive. I was paying £200 pm for a huge room 15mins from town in Edinburgh so something along those lines would be amazing. Internet is kind of a must as I need to keep in touch with the family back home.
