Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, I'm Sophie from Budapest, Hungary. I'll study in GMIT from September as an Erasmus student, so I need a room in Galway. I'm looking for a double or twin room located somewhere between the school and the city center (eg. Renmore, Bohermore, Wellpark, Sandy or College Rd), max 30 mins walking distance. I'm 21 years old, non smoker, very friendly and cheerful. My brother (25) comes with me to Galway to work, and I'd like to share my room with him. We plan to travel a lot, so probably won't be "home" on the weekends. We also economise, so the bills won't be high. One parking place and internet needed.
