Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi. My best friend and I are looking to move to Ireland as of September 2009. Were comming from Canada and won't know the area at all, so we would prefer to be close to a transit center or close to the town center. We are not a couple and would prefer to each have are own room, so were actully looking for 2 available rooms in the same apartment. Also we are both bilingual and speak fluent french and english.
