The house is a very spacious and very well maintained to high standard. The house is situated in a very quite area. With two sitting areas. The outside space has a decorated garden and sitting area. Parking is provided. The room for rent is large and all done up recently, its very well decorated. I will be moving out of the house early next year and the other person only stays 3 days a week so the house will be pratically yours, as no other room will be rented.
The house is 10-15 min drive to the city and on the no8 bus root. Its very near dunnes stores.
I am looking for a professional female non smoker in their late 20's upwards.
